Sarah Fegre is an eager and driven realtor, specializing in helping clients find their perfect homes in the scenic landscapes of southern, WI. She believes that buying and selling your home should be enjoyable, not stressful. She makes every effort to educate her buyers and sellers so they can feel confident in their decisions as they navigate their real estate journeys. Sarah started her career in the credit union world, working as a lender for over six years in Beloit and Janesville. Today, she's still active in the industry, serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Blackhawk Community Credit Union. Over the last seven years Sarah has honed her skills in marketing and business development as the Vice President-Director of Marketing at JLA Architects, a commercial architecture firm with offices in Madison and Milwaukee that caters to real estate developers. In 2024, Sarah was recognized as a "40 Under 40" by In Business Magazine (Madison) for her career achievements and community involvement. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sarah is deeply involved in our communities. She serves on the Event Committee for Edgerton's Chilimania and was awarded the "2023 Mark Reitz Award" for her volunteer efforts. Since 2019, she's also volunteered every year at the Czar's Promise Inspiring Hope Walk in Madison which helps provide funding for cancer treatments and research. An avid dog lover, Sarah opens her heart and home to foster senior and hospice dogs through the nonprofit Albert's Dog Lounge in Whitewater. She is committed to making a difference in the lives of others, both human and canine alike. Outside of her real estate endeavors, Sarah is an avid traveler who believes in the transformative power of exploring new places. Whether she's wandering through the cobblestone streets of Florence, immersing herself in the lush landscapes of Ubud, Bali; or embracing the rugged beauty of Jackson Hole, Sarah finds inspiration and joy in every journey. Closer to home, she has developed a love for hiking in Wisconsin's state parks, finding solace and serenity in the great outdoors. A lifelong resident of Southern Wisconsin, Sarah graduated from Janesville Parker High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design & Advertising as University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. One of Sarah's proudest accomplishments is purchasing her first home at the age of 24. Despite extensive renovations, Sarah tackled each obstacle with determination and resilience. Through the support of her family and her own perseverance, she transformed a neglected property into a cherished home, gaining invaluable skills and insights along the way.
