As part of The MDR House Community, a collaborative network of real estate and home service businesses, our team members come together throughout the year to support Southern Wisconsin communities. Through hands-on volunteering, charitable donations, and community partnerships, we are committed to making a meaningful and local impact.
Since launching our real estate company in 2015, community involvement has been a core part of our mission. As The MDR House continues to grow—bringing together trusted real estate and home service professionals under one roof—so does our collective impact and our commitment to serving others.

Supporting widows in our community is one of the most meaningful ways we give back. Each year, our team comes together to help with home projects—both inside and out—offering practical support and a helping hand when it’s needed most.
In addition, for the past several years, we’ve hosted an annual Christmas Mingle, partnering with local nonprofit organizations and giving generously to support their missions. While the format of this event may evolve over time, our commitment to giving remains constant.
Throughout the year, we also participate in a variety of community events and charitable initiatives, supporting causes that align with our mission of serving others and strengthening the communities we call home.
