Get to Know Me

Sheldon brings a strong work ethic and a heart for service to his role as a Real Estate Consultant at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Dream Partners, located inside The MDR House. Born and raised in Beloit, WI, and now living in Janesville, Sheldon has deep local roots and a strong connection to the communities he serves. He and his wife, Lindsey, are raising a blended family together and enjoy the adventure, love, and learning that come with it.
 
With a background in Human Services and a bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University, Sheldon is no stranger to helping others navigate important life decisions. He currently serves as a Section Manager in the Bureau of Quality Oversight at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, where leadership, communication, and attention to detail are key skills that translate seamlessly into his real estate work.
 
Sheldon is known for his thoughtful, client-first approach and dedication to building strong relationships. His entry into real estate was inspired by a great experience purchasing his own home and forming a friendship with team member Ryan Koenig. Drawn to the collaborative, values-driven culture at The MDR House, Sheldon now brings that same care and integrity to those looking to buy or sell a home.
 
When he’s not serving clients, Sheldon enjoys golfing, exploring local wineries with Lindsey, and making memories with his family.
