Born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin, Nate Hanus brings local knowledge, genuine care, and an energetic spirit to every real estate experience. A licensed NAR Member since 2019, Nate followed in his grandfather’s footsteps and found his calling in helping people navigate the home buying and selling journey—with a big heart and a can-do attitude.

He chose to join the team not only because of its great reputation and supportive atmosphere, but also because of the faith-based leadership that aligns with his own beliefs.
Outside of real estate, Nate lives a full and vibrant life with his wife, Sara, and their three daughters, Sybil, Viola, and Laurel. He enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, reading, cooking, canning, and spending quality time with his family. A man of many talents, Nate also crochets, holds a degree in Culinary Arts, and is one of twelve siblings!
His favorite local spot is JSOL (Janesville Schools Outdoor Laboratory), a place that reflects his love of nature, community, and discovery. Whether he’s guiding clients through their first home purchase or helping a family sell their longtime home, Nate finds purpose in the joy and satisfaction of those he serves.
