Meet Michelle Nimmo

You might be thinking to yourself, this lady looks familiar.

Well, if you grew up in the Footville-Orfordville area like I did, you might remember me as Michelle Maurer from childhood. If you attended UW-Whitewater, maybe we crossed paths during our college years. If you ever visited Anasazi or FinerYou Medical Spas in Janesville, Wisconsin, you may know me from the businesses I once owned.

More recently, you might recognize me if you've been part of the wonderful "secret society" of local homeschool moms. I spent 12 incredibly transformative years homeschooling my six children—a season that taught me just as much as it taught them.

If you're still trying to figure out where we've met, there's a good chance we've struck up a conversation at the grocery store, a gas station, a park, or a coffee shop. I don't believe strangers stay strangers for very long.

However, if we haven't met yet, let me introduce myself. I'm a real estate agent, a wife, a mom, and a woman of faith. If I had to choose one word to describe myself, it would be passionate.

I'm a big laugher and, yes, a hard crier. I love a challenge and tend to step into it boldly. While I'm not afraid of difficult conversations or conflict, I always prefer peace. I believe deeply in justice, tempered with mercy and grace. I'm passionate about helping people discover their God-given potential and find clarity, peace, and hope in an often chaotic world.

Real estate is one of the biggest decisions many people will ever make, and I'm honored to walk alongside my clients through both the challenges and the excitement that come with buying or selling a home.

At this stage of my life, I'm not focused on building the biggest client list. Instead, I want to serve one client well at a time, giving each person the attention, care, and guidance they deserve.
