Kristin originally joined the MDR family in 2019, supporting our real estate team with buyer transactions. When the opportunity arose to step back in and lead the day-to-day operations at Budget Blinds, she embraced the chance to return—this time working alongside her husband, Ryan, who serves as both a NAR Member with BHGRE Dream Partners and our Lead Sales Consultant for Budget Blinds. Together, they make a dynamic duo, helping customers bring beauty, function, and personalized style to their spaces.
