Sheldon brings a wealth of experience and a strong work ethic to his role as a Real Estate Consultant. Born and raised in Beloit, WI, Sheldon’s roots run deep in the local community. Residing in Janesville, WI for most of his adult life, Sheldon met his amazing wife Lindsey and together, they share the joys and challenges of raising their children in a blended family. As the middle child in his family, Sheldon developed a sense of independence and a strong work ethic early on. Known for his attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, Sheldon is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Outside of the real estate world, he enjoys golfing, exploring wineries with his wife, and cherishing moments with his family. Sheldon holds a bachelor's degree in Human Services from Upper Iowa University, a testament to his commitment to personal and professional growth. Currently serving as a Section Manager in the Bureau of Quality Oversight at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Sheldon has expanded his skill set by adding real estate expertise to his repertoire.
