Kevin is known for his integrity, strong market knowledge, and a clients-first philosophy that has helped position him as one of the leading real estate professionals in Janesville, Rock County, Dane County, and the surrounding Southern Wisconsin areas. His approach is grounded in clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a genuine commitment to helping people make confident real estate decisions.
Kevin’s real estate career began in Madison with Keller Williams, where he earned early recognition including Rookie of the Year (2016), Emerging Agent of the Year (2017), and Top Listing Volume by Team (2018). He also received leadership and culture awards for his mentorship and positive influence within the brokerage.
Kevin and his wife, Renee Clark, later founded Making Dreams Realty—an independent boutique brokerage built on service, connection, and community impact. In 2025, they proudly aligned with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate® brand to elevate client resources, marketing reach, and long-term service offerings, while maintaining their local, relationship-driven approach.

In addition to his work as a broker, Kevin brings experience as a former educator, having taught high school mathematics for 15 years. His background in teaching enhances his ability to explain complex processes clearly and guide clients with patience and insight. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Edgewood College in Madison.
Kevin specializes in residential listings—including luxury homes and estates—along with guiding buyers and investors across Southern Wisconsin. His business principles remain consistent: Clients Come First, Clients for Life, and Create Win-Win Solutions.
Together, Kevin and Renee also lead The MDR House, a collective of home-focused businesses that support clients through every stage of homeownership. This includes MDR Design Co., an interior styling and design service, and Budget Blinds of Janesville and Monroe, offering custom window coverings and home solutions.
Outside of real estate, Kevin enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with Renee and their four adult children. He is passionate about business development, financial wellness, and helping others build habits that create lifelong success.
